Issues Not resolved, had some volume issues with my D2H connection

i have had some volume issues with my D2H connection and for the same i approached customer care for D2H and they suggested a technical visit for which i was made to pay 200 towards the person who came to my home.
but the issue was not resolved instead the technician said there is some fault in the AV cables. since then for almost one month i kept on changing the AV cables but to no avail.
i rang them again for the same and this time around anothre person came and told me to change the setop box for a charge of 250. but the issue was still there i rang in the evening to the same technician and he said there is some fault in TV.
i called LG customer care and from last 25 days people from LG are coming and checking but to my surprise there is nothing wrong with the TV.
last night i rang up D2H again and now they are saying they will arrange for another technician visit and for that i am supposed to pay 200INR again.
My concern is that if I have already paid twice for the same issue and the issue was not resolved why should I pay.
and the way the people of D2H customer care behave with customers is disgusting and unbearable.
i demand strict action should be taken against this faulty and fraud company for cheating their customers in broad day light.
