I got complain against tatasky . They stoped my paid channel before one month and they also removed

Hi here is santosh sutar from bicholim goa ,i got tatasky connection my subscription id is 1277019392, there are two complain on this subscription id firstly in last month of march i added two paid channel to my account and before completing one month for which i paid , they stop showing channel and asking me for pay again to watch channel (cannel no 487 and 686). My second complain is that tatasky drop my existing channel such as colour marathi (channel no 1201) and they asking me to pay for it to watch it.
