D2h has framed the software so as one has to compulsory select its BST free to air bouquet which exhaust your option of FTA channels. You cannot select individual FTA channel of your choice. The company added Kid active bouquet to my account itself, and I complained to d2h on 29.12.2018 (complaint no 673820577) .I had also talked to customer care official many times ,they promised to do needful but no action taken and this unwanted channel goes on my tv. Now I have selected only DD free channels but d2h has addded many FTA and paid channels arbitrarily to my account without my knowledge and not listening to my complaint. I have also complaint to nodal officer of d2h at Mohali on 22.2.2018 but got no reply. He does not pickup my phone. It is highheadness of videocon d2h does not fear of law.
