I recharged for my primary TV (Rs. 8500) and 1 add on TV (Rs.2750) in August 2017, but the company deducted monthly charges for primary + 3 add on TV's. Where as my other 2 add on TV's are inactive. Now they wont listen and say the deductions are OK. I want to hear to my conversation with Tatasky associate from 7th August 2017 where he specifically told me during recharge that I will be charged for only 2 TV and not others as they are inactive.
