This is with regard to my Subscriber ID 1164927335. I have Installed the Tata Sky in Oct'15. I already had underground wiring. Before the installation Tata Sky advisor checks the signals and confirms that the connection will work on the same wiring and can go ahead with the installation. Based on this i have taken connection of Tata Sky HD. At that time i subscribed for the few channels only. Now in Jan'16 I had applied for all channels pack (MEGA HD) and found that certain channels are not working (i.e. Ten Sports etc.). After complaint it has been found the initial committment made by TATA SKY executive was wrong and signals are week in the wire hence the connection will not work.
I found myself to be cheated by the TATA SKY where wrong committments were made to sell the connection. Thi is a fraud by the TATA SKY. Now the customer care teams are not getting the issue resolved. It is the responsibility of TATA SKY to bear all charges to make good the Committment made or refund me all the amounts paid by me along with the Penalty and interest.
