Eligible offer denied, unethically demanding more - Tatasky dth

I upgraded to HD by paying 990.tatasky customer care exexutive promised 3 months hd access fee free. But now they are demanding a recharge of Rs 399 more to get the offer. Why should i pay more. It's a illegal practice by tatasky. I want my due offer credited to my tatasky id 1158850063
