Dear Sir/Madam,

I am having Videocon D2H service and my consumer number is 71328572. I have recharged my D2H on 18th March 2018 with Rs. 360/- and at that time my monthly subscription was Rs. 380/-. As per my plan my D2H expiry date was 16th April 2018. Inspite of that my monthly subscription expired on 14th April 2018. When I called customer care and enquired they informed me that monthly subscription increased by Rs. 20/- per month from 13th April and new monthly charge is Rs. 400/- and when I complained that u people never inform us regarding these changes and asked how can u disconnect my connection before expiry date. Then they casually told that we cant do any thing and transferred the call to his supervisor and Mr. Supervisor immediately cut the line without any conversation with me. When Again I called on customer care number and same story repeated, customer care lady named Ms. Ashwini after hearing all these started telling that Mjhe kuch awaj nhi aa rhi hai...and cut the line.

Further, I would like to inform you that I have Sports Gold plan and since last Ten Sports channel was not displaying so I had also complained which is still unresolved. Highly disappointed.
