sir, i would like to inform you about DTH service provider compeny videocond2h, I got new remote few days ago, one of the button is not workin in that , then i contact videocond2h to change this, but its denies to change, and ask for 200rs engineer visites, i was given defective product and deying to change this, and i also want to tel you that videocond2h didnt provide me bill of 325rs which was taken cash by its representative isnt it TAX theft, kindly take action against this
