We had paid our subscription on 13th Feb still our tv is not working and the screen shows last payments of 1506 but still switch off date 17th Feb.

We have regularly contacted your customer service but they say there is some technical issue and we are seeing

Inspite of making payments we are unable to enjoy service and no proper reply comes from your side kindly resolve our issueVC no 02513803740
