my name Anushree bhattacharya, D2h customer id 300084284
respectfully, today dated 29-09-2, i have received a massage by d2h that if i make recharge Rs 310/- then you will received same amount cash back immediately. so i have paid same amount, but i can not received cash back, then call to d2h customer care, they told me that " wrongly massage sent to your mobile number, and this offer not for you"
my d2h complain no - 103819518 (provided by customer representative), then mobile no scarch mobile no and call to chhattisgarh noddle officer but number has wrong.
please justify sir
