1. Sir,for My Videocon d2h ID - 26230041, there was a Message in My RTN-9438123418 at around 10.24 AM yesterday , that "Dear Customer, Service Charges Rs 400/- have been Posted for Your Account for Customer ID - 26230041. Videocon d2h",
2. then at 10.25 AM there was another Message that My D2h A/c do not have any Balance.
3. then My TV Set was offline & till now it has not yet been activated, the reason of which is not known to Me ,even though I have more than Rs 200/- Balance in My ID A/c.
4. Then Sir, I have Lodged a Complaint with the customer care ,who give me the Complaint Number - 734021934 , Dated 11.07.2019 - whose Response is given as follows:-

Thank you for writing to d2h. We regret the inconvenience caused to you.

As per our discussion with you, we would like to inform you that complaint regarding "Amount Collected by Engineer But Not Recharged" has been registered with complaint no. 734021934 and it will resolve by 12-Jul-2019 10:59 AM.

5. But Sir, till date, it has not yet been Resolved, & even though I have Balance of more than Rs 200/- in My D2h ID, it has been Blocked/DE_ACTIVATED by them intentionally & for which I am Submitting this Humble Petition, for imparting Justice upon the issue with an immediate Directive to them for Activation of My D2h ID - 26230041 alongwith a Stricture to Videocon d2h-dish tv Joint Venture for no-further such Repeatations, & immediate REFUND Of Rs 400/-in My D2h a/c as mentioned in the SMS, by which there will be a total Rs 600/- Plus in My D2h Balance.
10. Sir, for no-reason MY ID has been Blocked by them & for which they needs to be Penalised & I must get Justice.

    Dear Dibyalochan,

    We would like to inform you that as per our records, we have validated the mentioned issue and we found that Rs. 400/- was deducted against relocation which was done respectively in May and the complaint closed on 7 July 2019 due to a technical glitch.
