I have recharged Rs.300 on my account 133477018 on 4th feb 2019 but today 10th feb it is disconnected account balance showing 196 rupees and I have continuously calling on the customer care number but it was busy how to contact them why they doing this and they are not follow the TRAI rules because they dont picked the call we are unable to understand what to do?
