Complain Videocon D2H not working since June 12, 2019

My Videocon D2H connection is not working, I has lodged a complaint through email as well as by telephone on June 12, 2019. After repeated calls and emails, still there not sending any service engineer to repair or replace the faulty product. They are only saying that the visit will be within 24 hrs. since June 12, 2019 everyday. But, they are deducting amount from my Balance of D2H everyday. During May due to cyclone Foni, the alingment or antenna of my d2h was bit moved. During that time also I had complained on May 12, 2019 but no engineer came till May 30, 2019. However there was daily deduction from my Account Balance at that time also. You are kindly requested please do something in this matter
