I am a videocon d2h customer with id 127894447 my plan migrated as per trai but my few channels like sony six and star sports 1 are in my subscription plan butnot showing
I have call customer care from last sunday till now but they put my call on hold more than an hour everyday and not giving satisfactory reply but still position is same
I have sent mails also to customer care but they are not resolving my problem
They are charging for that channels but channel is not showing
Kindly register my complaint
