Compared DTH Fraud Seller, Absolute Cheaters, NEED FULL REFUND

This is in regards to the New Dishtv Connection with VC Number – 01525801901 which was installed at my place yesterday i.e. on 25th of August 2016. The same has been purchased from Compare DTH. The invoice copy has been attached for your perusal.
An employee by name Astha has sold me this product. When I bought the product from Comparedth they have assured me that this is a 1 year package with all HD channels and the regional language would be Telugu, as I belong to Hyderabad, Telangana.

I opted for Telugu language and only after getting assurance that I get all the Telugu channels, Then I purchased the package and paid the amount of Rs. 4990/- in full for 1 year.

Now the Dishtv has been installed yesterday and got activated around 6pm on 25/08/2016. After Activation I realised that I am not getting any popular Telugu Channels. I then called up Dishtv customer care and to my utter disbelief they informed me that this is not a Telugu package and nor a south package. It is a North India package and I wont get Telugu in the package I am currently on.

I then complained on comparedth website several times and called them more than 15 times but none of them bothered to respond nor resolve the issue.
The worst part is if they answer the call and as soon as i start telling my problem they hang up on me.
I can assure you that comparedth is an absolute fraud company. They are absolute cheaters. This is worst experience.

I now feel betrayed by what has happened. I kindly request you to please take stringent action on them and help me in getting the refund of Rupees 4990/-.

I have also spoken to dish customer care many times and also spoken with senior supervisor 'Kanchan, but still the matter is not yet resolved.

I am now planning to take legal Action against Comaparedth and Dish TV and take the matter to the court of law if required.

I am also sending you the copy of invoice on which it's clearly mentioned that its is a Telugu package.


I kindly request you please resolve the issue ASAP
