Charging unnecessary amount & Fake Noddle officer number

My airtel digital TV ID is 3015449711 and from yesterday I am facing an error (No signal error b001) issue for few channels which I've subscribed. Today I called customer care regarding same issue but they failed to resolved the problem and asked me for extra service charges.

Then I called noddle officer (Mumbai, Pranav Jha 022-40213261), but there is no noddle office available, Some other person (Deepak Thakur) replayed me on behalf of noddle officer. And he said that noddle officer will not talk to me because he is not available. I've attached list of noodle officer for clarification with red circle.

If I want to close airtel service, Airtel customer care service (Deepak Thakur) is saying Airtel will not refund money for setop box and dish.

And without any confirmation every month airtel increasing monthly subscriptio.
