Airtel Dth tv is not following new guidelines of TRAI.channel 998 is not being displayed on tv for recharge purpose.its website is not working.its app is not responding for recharge & selection of channels.its toll-free no.is also not responding.there is no way of selecting the channels of your choice.subscribers have to succumb to their dictum.they charging enormous amount for the channels.they are looting the customers.there is no agency to control this loot.where should consumers go?
