998 channel not displayed on tv for recharge as per train's new guideline.nor answering on toll-free

As per new guidelines from TRAI we'd 1st Feb.2019,Airtel Dth not complying.they are not displaying 998 channel for recharge as new pack.neither they are answering toll-free customer call.not only this they are also not givingrecharge facility by Airtel Dth app. They are asking to stick to old package on monthly base that is very costly.for old package also they are not doing it for one year.
