Airtel charged Rs.1000/- for installation which I already paid when executive came to collect the document still it was added in the bill. Now I was going through call bill and came to know that me or my family have not made a single call from airtel landline still they have billed me Rs.27/- for 22 calls. They are not ready to give me any proof that I have made calls.
