sir due to work of local road the landline cable was cut .after then i did complaint in bsnl department but they not helping us and also due to this problem i have also paid bill of one month extra although i was not using services .So please consider the matter.that is my permanent number and now they told that just switch to other network we cannot do anything else for you. i also complaint in bsnl department (online application) but they didnt reply it.Please consider this matter as soon as possible.
