Landline No. 011-41638022 is dead since 27-Jul-2016. The connection is in the name of Mrs Saroj Puri, who is a senior citizen.
Since, 27-Jul-2016, I have complained a number of times, and every time what I hear is a bunch of lies. On one occasion I was told the defect would be rectified within 2-hours and on another day I was told it will get rectified by 8 PM.
But till date the connection has not been activated
