Zomato - delivery boy - Not meeting customer's requirement and misbehaving!!

Hi team,
This is regarding a deliery boy Vijay(not knowing the full name as Zomato only sjares the first name on the app). We have ordered food for us and mistakenly after changing the address to the new one, it took the default address of its own ( maybe some technical issue or new address got unticked) the order reached the old address door step which was locked.
After the delivery boy called us we informed and requested to deliever it to the new address which was just 2 minutes away (by 2 minutes I mean 2 mins literally) ,he denied stating he is not allowed to, but when his supervisor joined the call and told him that he can deliver to different addres if its within 1-2 km ,he still denied and refused to talk to his TL. He continued fighting and arguing. At the end we had to dosconnect as we saw them fighting infront of us resulted nothing. In such cases you also dont get the refund and cant even file one.though it wasnt much.
The only issue is he should be trained porperly so as to avoid such blunders as every customer needs to be treated well and we should mould our policies slight a bit if needed when you can see no harm or extra cost and in this case it was in their policy but the boy denied( which means he was poorly trained)
AS THIS WASNT MY FIRST TIME WITH ZOMATO,HAVE ORDERED BEFORE,WE HAVE SEEN SOME AMAZING DELEIVERY BOY WHO ACTUALLY MADE US HAPPY BY DELIVERING BEFORE TIME OR WAITING FOR THE CUSTOMER TILL HE/SHE receives it. That is called customer satisfaction.We all need to stretch to make our customer happy.
Please make zomato aware of this and let them train their boys well.
