Unnecessary tips for delivery

These delivery from Mumbra/kaisa area always charge 20 to 50 rs extra while delivering the lpg cylinder, when you ask them they always argue with us, why would we as a consumer pay to them when we already are paying hefty amount for LPG gas cylinder. They are getting paid for delivering, so for what are they asking for tips ?
I want you to please take strong action against them, please they are very arrogant
Bill shows 835rs and he asked straightforward 860rs, they are blindly quoting the amount.
