I had subscribed for Tikona broadband connection for 3 months and I had paid the advance for it according to their plan. However, their connection was always erratic and I had to frequently call their service representatives to fix their connection. Within 10 days and 5 five times of calling their service men in vain, I gave up and decided to discontinue their service. They offered to help, but in their own admission, the sevice guy told me they won't be able to provide connection in my room. I asked Tikona to cancel my connection and refund the amount, but they refused to refund any sum. Earlier, they duped me stating that if they are unable to provide the service they would refund my sum.
