first when i take connection in 2805/- it works properly no problem is their but later on no login page is loading, & when the page is come & when we login it in then net speed is not their , whether it is active , & when we complain in cosumer of tikona they don''t listen they says they can''t listen properly nd cut . & when they tranfer to senior or senior to technical it disconnects, & we have plan of 3 months, but not on 1 month we get proper connection, we put so many complains unlimited becoz in 1 day we calls so many times as sometimes it works nd on next second it logout, so the other no. of tikona when we call it charged money so the problem is that when we call them my balance cut but the problem is not resolved nd we call all times to resolved it they give waiver of 250 nd the next 250 as we call so many times to resolved my problem i want money refund back which is not used by me but they says they can''t give it back their all workers of technical nd non - technical of that company have different different rules ... firstly when i want complaint no. they don''t give but at next time they gives..& in mid session of my plan i call them to disconnect & refund back they don''t & says sorry & want 24 hrs and they says all time when i call & when they call to ask speed connection then speed goes to 7 mbps & when call disconnect at that second onwards the speed goes to less 1 mbps we don''t get 4 mbps as we give money of 4 mbps.... i want money back of my plan which is not used by me .. as in mid sesssion of my plan they disconnnect but later i see it is open .. date is 21-31 march .... my no. is 7869995867 9826061899
& today we have so many complaint no.s
