BOOKED FOR DOOR TO DOOR SHFITING OF ( NOT FOR SALE ) HOUSEHOLD GOODS FROM HYDERABAD TO KOLKATA, COURIER AGENT MR RAJPAL SHARMA ( 9992020832 ) COLLECTED ALL THE GOODS AND RAISED A INVOICE NO 90 DATED 16TH AUG 2020, FOR 112.5KG HAVING GST NO- 09BCIPK4988G1Z1,WHICH WAS DULY PAID BY GOOGLE PAY FOR RS.15271/- WHEN CHECKED PROPERLY THE BILL IT WAS WITHOUT MENTIONING MY GST NO. WHEN INFORMED OF HIS MISTAKE HE REFUSED TO UPDATE IT. I RECIVED THE GOODS IN KOLKATA BY ANOTHER COURIER NAMED RIVIGO , HAVING DOCKET NO... 2001508103 ON 22ND AUG, AS SEVEN BOXES WEIGHING ONLY 79 KG INFRONT OF THEIR DELIVERY STAFF. MR SHARMA CHANGED THE COURIER TO MY SURPRISE.
MR SHARMA WAS PHONED IMMEDIATELY BUT HE REFUSED TO TAKE MY CALLS TILL 26TH AUG, ON 27TH AUG HE PICKED THE CALL AND TRIED TO EXPLAIN METHODS OF WEIGHING AND TALKS OF HERE N THERE.
NOT RESPONDING TO HOW TO GET BACK MY SHORT SUPPLY OF 33KGS AND GST UPDATES
