Non delivery of prepaid order worth ₹24,999/- for more than 2 months.

On 23/03/2020 o placed an prepaid order for mobile through Flipkart which was supposed to be delivered on 27th March. Unfortunately due to COVID-19 lockdown it couldn’t be delivered. They said it will be delivered by 15/04/2020. Then updated to 15/05/2020. On 04/05/2020 the product reached the Flipkart facility in Kolkata. But since then there was no improvement or activity in order to deliver the product. I would like to mention the delivery address has always been a Green Zone (ref. COVID lockdown). I tried contacting innumerable times. Then citing excuses they said it will be delivered by 06/06/2020 which I doubt they won’t deliver. Now I see them delivering the same product with in a day or two, whereas I’m yet to receive my order. When I ordered I could have orders from other e-commerce websites at the same price but I chose Flipkart. Now I can’t even cancel since the prices currently has increased by ₹5000. They are simply delaying it unnecessarily and giving excuses. If I would have kept the amount intact in my bank account I would have at least incurred interest out of that. I don’t see a point why my money that too ₹24,999 should b lying with Flipkart for more than 2 months. I want the product and if they want to refund I want the interest I would have been entitled to get if the same was in my bank account.
