Regarding Delivery of my Item

I had ordered a book from Flipkart App on 14th August 2020 whose expected delivery date is 21st August 2020 but the product does'nt delivered at my address,when I reached at the Instakart station from where the items are delivered,they did'nt provide me the proper answer and are making excuses. Next day I got the another message from the delivery station that my delivery period got extended upto 24th August 2020,but today I also did'nt got my item,at around 1800hrs I reached at the delivery station to ask about my product so they said your product got misplaced and said to me to cancel it and place the order again,and also the behaviour of their Team Leader was also not good against me,because of which I got shocked.Please take immediate action against it.
