I have ordered some gym equipments on 21.6.20.company policy states that in maximum 18 days product is to be delivered,still during lockdown I being liberal although postal and courier services are unrestricted as per covid 20 rules,waited and mailed them regarding product delivery many a times.they said it'll be delivered soon at the first enquiry,after then they sent a mail address of company staff to contact and query.yet no outcome I received.again I contacted,they said to contact to the account service manager,I dropped a mail,to which he'd not responded.also dialled the toll free no.,the lady on the phone says courier Vale ko inform Kar Diya,abi gurgaon Mei hai product.uske bdd jb jb I call lines are busy.i also asked the company to refund the money if they're not in a mood to dispatch and deliver,as I'll not receive the product after 31.7.20.
I ranged them on 29th of July,company's lady on the call said,1 August ko phuch jayega,1 Aug ko I called,she said,4 August ko 10:30am deliver ho jayega.jo ki abi Tak nai aaya.kal Maine Jago grahak Jago ki indian online portal par msg daala,unhone bola local Jago grahak Jago ko and local police ko v inform krne,that's why mai msg drop kr rahi apko.
