Non delivery of product with no information

Delivery Complaint Complaint Date: November 13, 2019
I placed an order of jacket t-shirt worth RS 575. The order ID is 1124102-8752887-6437503.
I received the mail that my order has been delivered on 4th, but I didn't get my delivery.
I called theme on 10th Nov and since then, they only say I had to call within 5 days. While I missed that by just one day.
They aren't giving me any information about what happened to my order.
