Ortel broadband is not responding

Dear Sir,

I am customer of Ortel broadband having consumer number as 490875 in the name of Swpnanjali Behera. I have given a complaint with complaint number 4188067 on 20th May 2016 for no network connection, which should be addressed by Ortel from 6 to 24 hours. No one has addressed complaint till date. I am an employee of software firm where I usually do work from whom having heavy dependency on internet. After multiple times follow all my efforts went in vein. This is not the first time. I have faced several such situations in last few months. Every time the the internet stops working I need to heavily depend on phone recharge which is quite expensive for me.
