Not Delivering My Item & Extending the Delivery Dates

I had ordered a book from Flipkart App dated 14th August 2020 and the book is to be delivered on 20th-21st August but the book is not delivered on those days,at the evening time of 21st August 2020 I had reached to the Instakart Services office to collect my item but they said that your book is with our delivery agent & he will deliver it to you tommorrow,but next day in the morning I got a text message on my registered number that your book will be delivered to you by 24th Aug 2020 but again I did'nt got my book,after that I reached again to know that why are they not delivering my book,but they did'nt answered me properly and also the
Team Leader of Instakart Services misbehaved with me & also said to me that cancel your item we are not able to deliver it to you.So please take necessary action against them.
