I USED THE BROADBAND CONNECTION OF RELIANCE FOR SOME TIME VIDE CUSTOMER ID 396701512133 AND MY CONNECTION STOPPED WORKING ON 16TH MARCH, 2016. INSPITE OF SEVERAL COMPLAINTS TO THE CUSTOMER CARE AND HIGHER AUTHORITIES NO ACTION WAS TAKEN TO RESTART MY CONNECTION. SO I HAVE TO DISCONNECT MY CONNECTION AND THE SAME WAS DISCONNECTED ON 13TH APRIL, 2016. TILL THEN I HAVE BEEN REQUESTING THE RELIANCE BROADBAND TO REFUND THE EXCESS AMOUNT PAID BY ME BUT IN VAIN. PLEASE GET THE MATTER RESOLVED AND GET ME BACK MY EXCESS AMOUNT PAID INCLUDING THE RENT FOR THE PERIOD MY CONNECTION DID NOT WORKED I.E.16.03.2016 TO 13.04.2016
