no proper delivery no call from delivery person order yet now not received

my order number is 1368322239122 and my order id 3078210 I didn't get any call from a delivery person but the courier person have mentioned Customer Not Available. I don't know why they have said, I am receiving all my couriers properly this courier only I didn't get a proper response from the courier person and I am not able to track could u please tell me when I will get my order.
