Hello Team,

I have sent a courier through ST Couriers from Chennai to Banglore on 18th May and it has not been delivered yet. I have raised complaint for the same on 25th May to check for the status and delivery for the same but till now there are no actions taken.

As directed by the customer care team, I have given a complaint letter for verification and reimbursement of the matrial cost and courier charges.

We have been following this complaint for more than 10 days now. We have contacted the Chennai Manager Sindhu, Banglore Hub Manager and Chennai Hub coordinator and they are rerouting to each other that they don't have the parcel in Chennai or Banglore hub.

Kindly help in getting this issue resolved.
