I am Rajib Biswal. My complaint is against Ortel communications Limited,
C1, Chandrasekharpur, Bhubaneswar-751016.
Since I have taken Ortel Broadband connection I am getting internet speed 4 times less than the speed I am paying for. My membership no is 1435661 with a 1 mbps connection speed. but actual speed of my connection at my end is 0.15- 0.35mbps. while calling to customer care and complaining about the same they just say that the technician will visit to your place but no technician has ever visited to my place. even sometimes when I am complaining for slow browsing. they are just registering as modem offline issue. When I visited there office to inform the senior person, they told me that You will get that much speed only. Hope to get a fair solution Asap
