THIS COMPLAINT IS IN REGARD TO 2 POLICIESNO.365447336 AND NO.365447337 ISSUED BY LIFE INSURANCE CORPORATION OF INDIA AS MENTIONED ABOVE BRANCH ST.MARKS ROAD BANGALORE. THE POLICIES COMMENCED ON 16/3/2015 AND POLICY BOND RECEIVED BY SRI GHANSHYAM DAS S T THE PENSIONER ON 17/4/2015. AS MY FATHER THE PENSIONER-VARISHTA PENSION BIMA YOJANA, DECIDED TO CANCEL THE POLICIES AFTER GOING THROUGH THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, HE GAVE A LETTER AND ALSO THE ORIGINAL BOND OF POLICIES AT ST.MARKS ROAD BRANCH BANGALORE FOR CANCELLATION ON 25/04/2015. AFTER REPEATED FOLLOW UP THE BRANCH DID NOT CANCEL THE POLICIES. MY FATER EXPIRED ON 23/5/2015. LIC OF INDIA WHICH HAD COLLECTED THE POLICY AMOUNT OF RS.135000/- PLUS SERVICE TAX AND 130000/- PLUS SERVICE TAX, TILL DATE HAS NOT SETTLED THE SAME. I DEMAND THE TOTAL AMOUNT COLLECTED PLUS SERVICE TAX COLLECTED AND ALSO BREAK PERIOD INTREST TILL DATE 15/8/2015, AS I HAVE ALREADY SUBMITTED THE NECESARY PAPERS ALONG WITH DEATH CERTIFICATE ALONG WITH NEFT FORM .THIS IS TOTAL IGNORANCE ON PART OF LIC OF INDIA AS I AM PUT TO LOT OF MENTAL STRESS AND HARASMENT. I WOULD ALSO FILE A CASE IF THE LIC OF INDIA DOES NOT FULFILL MY DEMAND. HENCE THIS COMPLAINT. TODAY 25/8/2015 LIC OF INDIA IS YET TO SETTLE THE CLAIM. I DEMAND SUITABLE ACTION ALONG WITH COMPENSATION FOR UNDERGOING THIS MENTAL STRESS AND ANXIETY.
