I order mobile from olx and I don't need it and seller told me their is 10 days return policy.

I wan't refund and send parcel to the sender.
But When me told to him he says me your parcel will be picked in 48 hours and their is almost 48 hour he told me blue dart courier boy come and give you cash and they are not coming.
