I want to return my order but they didn't contact me

By mistake my child placed order for a dress from Surat Ehnicroop.com It was deliver 11 Oct 2022 the local delivery service was insist me to take that order and my child is not at home so I'm unable to ask him and they forced me n say that they told that you plz take parcel today nd return it tomorrow so I'm receive that parcel. When my child is come to home I asked him and he told that he doesn't placed order he just opened the link www.ethnicroop.com nd clear tr chrome. After that from yesterday to today I was called them 100 of times but there is no reply from them. So I want to complaint against them.
