I am not getting exact speed as they commited

I am Rajib Biswal from Rasulgarh, Bhubaneswar, Odisha. I had applied for a 1 mbps unlimited broadband connection from Ortel communications Ltd, Plot No.C1, Behind RMRC, B.D.A. Colony, Chandrasekharpur, Bhubaneswar, Odisha 751016. I got the said connection on 13-05-16 and since then my browsing speed is bellow 35 KBps. After registering complaint at there customer care for nearly about 50 times, they didn't shut out my problem. finally on 7-6-16, I went to there office to get a solution and the technical staff told me that they dont have a solution for this. My customer id is 1435661
