Fraud in cheating public to buy Zomato Gold with bogus offers

Zomato is luring users to buy Zomato Gold with cashback offer of 1000rs.When you buy it there is no mention of any T&C. And after you buy the condition pops out saying this 1000 has to be used within a month.It does not end there. After requesting the refund of money for not willing to be a member of Zomato Gold membership, duration of which would had however started after 15days was bluntly denied telling there is no such options. So in first you show some luring offers before you buy with no t&c and when they know they are cheated you do not even refund the amount. It's a trap and fraud. Please please look into this as many and many may be falling into this and eventually they may not claim the case and leave it. This allows Zomato to continue this fraud as they like as nobody is highlighting about it.
