Not getting my product queen size bad with matress which i sold in quikr bazar

i sold my product Queen size bad with matress which i sold in quiqr bazar last 2 months back, the customer refused to take the bad , but the quikr bazar has not returned the bad with matress. i keep on calling number of times but no one is responding properly. my advertising no 324071190 and complained no :- 5700186262. could you please take a necessary action.
