Fraud call kappa broadband for air net connection

I call kappa broadband for air net connection.
My kappa I d is -"sbbsp198"
After recharge they say it will give 1mbps speed but the speed is lower then 50 kbps.
So after that month I never recharge the device .
One day they came to my house and say that "you are not rechargeing your account so we have to take your device out" and give you as refund 1500 rupees "
But my device cost is 4500 rupees .
If I don't give it to them so they say that they have to take legal action against me.
So now have to Sue kappa for my money.
Plz help me
