even though full payment is made ISP suspended service

Hi

I have purchased plan from mach1 broadband on 19th dec 2016 and made full payment. However, they suspended my internet saying payment is not done.

I have asked them to compensate by extending validity of my plan to 3 days but they are not responding to it.

This is bit unacceptable as I have made full payment in well advance but service gets suspended and now when I ask for extension as much as there was suspension period this guys are not responding.

Can you please look into the matter?
