Delivery of fake and broken product , Not ready to accept their responsibility

I had bought realme earbuds 2 from Flipkart on 12 Aug. It was delivered on 17 aug. I found it fake, rugged and broken. I immediately complain to Flipkart. 2days before, I was asked to go realme service center and fix the issue by myself. No such service center near me. The nearest one is 15 km afar.If I supposed to go realme service center, I would have bought from there. Flipkart is not accepting their mistakes, There are thrusting their job upon me instead.
