Delay in delivery of filled cylinder

Bill Receipt No. 1367746 dt 8.1.2020 for Rs. 769/- under Easy Code 1236 in SMS form recd to my RMN 9866703888 but not delivered as on date. Earlier months also was delivered after Price hike with revised bills not confirming with details sent through SMS. They are waiting price change expected. In case of price hike, cylinder will be supplied with a new bill and in case of reduction, bill communicated in SMS will be sent. As a result, customer is being penalised with delayed supply as well paying higher amount other than actual cost
