I would like to complaint regarding the problem I am facing in subject to my broadband connection from tikona user Id : 1106454014.
My internet services is not working since 15th April 2016. I have been continuously complaining regarding the same. But they are not in a position to resolve the problem. I would like to add this connection was registered under the name of my brother who has been moved to US. And, the email Id or phone no. Registered with them are not available now.
I requested them with the disconnection of the above mentioned connection but they want this communication with the registered mobile no. I have requested them many a times that no. Is not active anymore. They don't have any solution for the same. Neither my internet is working. Nor they can disconnect it. Please help me to get it resolved as they have already laid huge mental pressure on me. And my hard earned money is been getting waste.
