Dear Sir/Mam,
My name is Rahul(9781985955) studying living in Jalandhar, hereby want to convey a message to you.I had a connect wifi207500 connection in January 2016, I left that house in May by clearing all the dues but suddenly in July when I was doing my internship in Jaipur , Connect Advocate called me and said a case is filed against me saying that I didn't pay the amount and it has not been disconnected, so by his threat and I am student I paid the amount of Rs.2490 and he said now no problem will be there. suddenly he again called me on 24 December and said your payment is pending you have to release case will be filed against me.He was mentally harassing me and I am not in a stake to pay him again and again. As I am a student and I don't want to spoil my career. so kindly help me sorting out from this case as I am not using this wifi from lat 8 months and how they can charge me 1500 as if we see the plan it is starting from 800 and 1500 for 4-5months is not a figure and on what basis they are charging it.
to confirm I again called him he again changed his words and said that it is the new connection and it has just started now only.
either he is a fraud or he gets some commission for mentally harassing people.
