Complain against not deliverd Electric Cycle

Dear Sir,
I would like to inform u that i have been purched a electric Cycle on date of 12/08/2021 at 4:22pm online .and also i have deducted the amount of cylcle Rs.1499,but till now I have not recieved the cycle.
Kindly look into the matter and do the needful.
