Meesho App/website Exchanged product not delivered ( more than 2 month passed ) , Rs 434 not refunde

I have placed an order (gown) for my customer on 11 October 2021. The order get delivered on 17 October. The product which customer received is of smaller size XL but order is placed for XXL size(I have got image of product). Meeshu picked up the order from Xpress Bees on 18 October. Order shipping tracking Awb No - 1340921102141908 ( tracking not showing ). I waited for the product to get delivered for 6 days . Then placed a Call on meeshu user support , they told me to wait for 10-12 days. I waited for 12 days and talked with them again. They told me that this is a problem from Xpress Bees. I tried to contact Xpress Bees but they never able to do so as they ask for some pin (on computer generated call ) which I don't have. I again logged complaints from meeshu customer support. Meeshu always told me to wait for 5-6 days but I never received the product and I continuously do complaints several times (7-9 times) on Meeshu but they never resolved the problem and extended the complaint and send me mails that they have extended the complaint and i have to wait again for 5 days for the issue to get resolved but it never happened.
Meeshu mentally tortured people because everyone time I have to talk to them on call. They don't have email support.
Today on 4 December more than 2 months have been passed since exchange has been raised but my customer not received the product. Kindly lodge a complaint against this fraud company ( Meeshu ) and help me to get refund of Rs. 434 so I can pay back to my customer.
